“sentiments fugitives…neuf fragments de musica comprovisata..” Prèmiere mondiale.

In this solo recital, pianist Moritz Ernst will play 4 works by Beat Furrer, Walter Boudreau, Jimmie LeBlanc (also a world premiere) and myself. The nine short pieces he will play are part of a larger network of piano fragments I am currently composing, called musica comprovisata.

Pre-Concert Talk: The concert will be preceded, at 6 p.m., by introductions: the three Montréal composers will talk about their works, but also enter int conversation with Moritz Ernst.
