Jen Reimer & Max Stein will introduce their ongoing project Sounding the City, a series of site-specific sound installations that respond to the city’s sonic and visual landscape. The installations will be documented and archived on a web-based map and then exhibited at Eastern Bloc in November. How can work created for and in city spaces be translated into a gallery setting, where one is inspired to explore these environments?
