On 8 and 9 December, the live electronic stars Gebrüder Teichmann and Sandeep Bhagwati, together with musicians from Ensemble Extrakte and the Kairos String Quartet, will implement a daring concert concept. The live musicians play with and after music in their headphones – specifically: the music of the previous concert (with a different instrumentation). In doing so, they follow a video score that directs their attention to certain aspects of what they hear. So on two evenings you hear 5 half-hour concerts, each with a different instrumentation. And in between, you can meet Hans-Jörg Rheinberger, a researcher who has explored such iterative processes for artistic research.
