Nils Peters (Dipl.-Ing., PhD) is a researcher and educator in music technology, acoustics, and signal processing, currently located in San Diego, California.

In 2010, while doing his PhD at McGill, Peters, a co-developer of Jamoma, led a workshop and demonstration of jamoma with Navid Navab at matralab demonstrating the software.
