A PhD project exploring the immersive genre concert-installation to
investigate the space as a host of people and sounds. Through
sensitizing of the space with light, sounds and various deambulation
possibilities, the listener is channelling his/her whole body into an
acute awareness of his/her surroundings, the sounds and musicians at
work, the variety of lightings as well as of the people, their
presences and actions, all being part of and contributing to the
event. Hyperlistening emerges as a strong physical experience, engaged
in a dialog between the resonances of the listening and resonating
body and the inhabited space.
